Since his £25m move last summer, the Dutchman has failed to convince in their iconic No.7 shirt and seemingly has no future under Jose Mourinho.

The likes of Wolfsburg and Nice are also reportedly keen on, though Tottenham are thought to be willing to offer him an exit route within the Premier League.
