Two Arsenal stars on there way to China?

Arsene Wenger believes Arsenal fans should remain calm about the futures of Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil.

Both players have been offered new deals at the Emirates with 18 months remaining on their current contracts.

A £180,000-a-week offer is on the table for Sanchez , although he is holding out for at least £250,000-a-week.

The Gunners are in a similar situation with their other star man Ozil and the club fear negotiations could drag on until next summer.

But speaking ahead of his side's clash with Manchester City, a spiky Wenger insisted fans should not be worried.

We revealed last week that there have been concrete offers of around £400,000-a-week for Sanchez from the Chinese Super League, and also that Chelsea are ready to move for the 27-year-old.

Wenger refused to confirm the bid but insisted it was not a concern ahead of the trip to the Etihad.

“If people want to go to China, they go to China. I have completely different worries today ahead of City game," he said.

“I think I closed that subject, there is nothing more to add.”
