Lallana fit to face former team

Recently reports in British press suggested that England international winger Adam Lallana has been ruled out for Southampton clash, however, earlier today Jurgen Klopp has revealed that he will be ready to face his former club on Saturday night.

“He’s at 95% which is really good news, but nobody comes off the pitch if they don’t feel anything,” Klopp told reporters at his pre-match press conference.

“I spoke with him already and it will be really close with the time until Southampton so short. Hopefully, it’s not so serious, but we’ll have to wait.”

Meanwhile, Brazilian Midfielder Philippe Coutinho has been ruled out for the clash for Southampton clash after he has knocked down against Peru during the international duty.

Liverpool currently sits on the top of the Premier League table and wining over Southampton could help to remain confident despite losing their leader Philipe Coutinho.
