The University of Lagos management and the suspended ULSU member are at war again.The suspended Student Union are known to form a coalition group against the school management.

The Student Union leaders distributed a letter to all hostels in the school, asking student to join them protest against the school management. The Students Union leaders wrote in the letter about the atrocities of the school management such has the embezzlement of over 30million naira of money meant for the development of the sport center and increasing the hostel fee of postgraduate student from 66,000 to over 130,000 and more.


Not long after the Student Union send their letter, School management also send letter to students that they should not join the protest which is to hold on Monday 6th of march, So that they (students) can graduate as scheduled. The school management informed the student not to join the protest which may be violence.

The Student Union leaders has sent another letter a day after the school management sent theirs.The suspended student Union leaders reminded the students about the protest due to hold on Monday.


The protest is believed to be violence cause the school management has always involved military actions against any protest in the school. The protest is been organised by Alliance of Nigeria Students Against Neoliberal Attacks (ANSA) and they are demanding the immediate and unconditional reinstatement of Comrade Adeyeye Olorunfemi as well as UNILAG 10.

  Many Students are likely not to join the planned protest cause many are afraid has they have signed indemnity form last session after April 6th protest.
Report reaching us said the student can protest according to the indemnity form they signed.In the indemnity form, it was written that in any protest, the student should not close the school gate.
