Girl starved and torture to death by her parents

The parents of a 16-year-old girl who died from emaciation are accused of denying her clothing, food and health care, according to court documents.
Natalie Finn died in hospital on October 24 after suffering a cardiac arrest at home.
Court documents allege that they killed Natalie "intentionally, willfully, deliberately, with premeditation and malice aforethought."
Nicole Marie Finn, 42, and Joseph Michael Finn, 45, are also accused of confining Natalie and her siblings, a 14-year-old girl and 15-year-old boy, inside their home.
According to the court papers, they kept the children inside the house and refused them clean clothes, food and medical care.
The complaints allege that the children were caused "substantial" physical, emotional and mental harm, reports The Des Moines Register .
All three children are suffering from a physical or mental disability.
Neighbours had reported concern about Natalie's welfare more than five months before her death.
She repeatedly asked them for food for her and her siblings, and one neighbour reported that she would wear the same clothes for days and smelt of body odour.
Her parents, who filed for divorce, also have two other children - a 23-year-old and another 15-year-old.
Both face charges of first-degree kidnapping, neglect of a dependent person and child endangerment causing serious injury.
Nicole Finn was also charged with first-degree murder and child endangerment causing death.
