United ace : Jose is happy with our performance

Ander Herrera revealed that Jose Mourinho is “happy” with Manchester United‘s performances this season, despite their poor recent form in the Premier League.
Following yet another draw on Sunday, United have now won just two of their last 10 top flight games, losing ground on the teams around them as a result. Mourinho has been unable to galvanise his troops in recent weeks, despite being drafted in over the summer to improve on Louis van Gaal’s efforts at Old Trafford.

The pressure has seemingly been getting the better of the Portuguese during this poor run, as he’s been sent to the stands twice in the last month in the games against Burnley and West Ham United, with the latter coming at the weekend.

The Red Devils failed to make their dominance count in that clash with Slaven Bilic’s men, but Herrera revealed his manager hasn’t been unhappy with their displays so far this term, despite their current position.

We know he is happy with the way we are playing,” the 27-year-old said (via Manchester Evening News). “It cannot be different. We are doing good things. We play intense, we win the second balls, we create chances, we move the ball, we control the game, we have more possession than the opponents, we shoot on goal.

“I remember last season everyone said ‘shoot, shoot, shoot’ and now we shoot I don’t know how many times each game but we are not scoring. Hopefully the luck will turn in our favour.”
